He has delivered multi-million Rand and Dollar improvements in financial, sales, and operational results by scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams across emerging and global markets. With full P&L accountability, expertise in market expansion, revenue growth, and new product development, he takes a data-driven approach to every decision. Lingeraj holds an Executive MBA, an Honours degree in Business Administration, a BA in Psychology and Philosophy, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in AI Engineering — making him uniquely positioned to lead XUACO at the intersection of finance and technology.
